My "Chat" doesn't have the same/right time as my "Inbox" and everything else. This is very frustrating, so if anyone knows how to help that would be greatly appreciated. (The time is one hour and 2 minutes off from "Mountain Time US and Canada")

When I tested the "Chat" tool in my own sandbox course, it displayed the correct date and time. Here is a screenshot of what I see in my own course:
