Canvas Course Clean up

Question

I would like to get the thoughts of everyone that has been using Canvas for a while. How do you keep the Past enrollments cleaned up so there is not a long list for teachers/students. We are finishing Year 5 with Canvas and was wondering if there is a way to keep the past enrollments cleaned up. Do you delete courses? if so how long do you keep the courses. Our first 2 years we had a different SIS than the last three years? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @alunsfor,

You may want to check out the  Course Retention Policies - Instructure Community - 577505  thread for information about what my institution and a few others are doing around this.  I figure it's better to keep the conversation in a single place as long as it's relatively recent.
