Please help me merge my accounts

Question

I have used Canvas in the past. The last time was summer of 2023. I recently registered for a new course (same university) and it gave me a new Canvas account.

How do I merge my accounts so I can still see the previous account and classes?

I have done some searching, but only see methods that work for instructors or admins.

Hi @CJHill39,

You will want to contact Canvas Support at the school.  The Canvas administrator can merge user accounts, but many schools do not allow users to merge their own accounts.
