I don't have the pair with observer button enabled, does anyone know how to do it?
Without this button I cannot perform parental pairing.

If you are unable to follow the instructions to create a pairing code, you'll need to talk with someone at your school. Not all schools have this open for all users. They may have chosen to not utilize the Observer role, or they may use a separate system to manage those pairings.
