New Quiz

I created a quiz using the "New Quiz" feature but when I shared it with a colleague the images are not displaying. I have been trying suggestions from the community to no avail. Is there any fix to this issue yet?

Hi,

If the quiz uses an Item Bank to pull the questions with images from, then you will need to go into the bank(s) and share it with the instructor or the course.

 

Not sure if this will help, but I just had to transfer a New Quiz from one class to another for the same teacher and Canvas was having an issue.  I found the following steps to fix the error.

Export the original New Quiz first:

1. Go into the Build of the original quiz
2. click the three dots at the top right
3. choose Export Content 
4. save to a location on your computer you know

Import the quiz into the other course

1. Log into the second course and create a New Quiz
2. Fill in the details as needed (we matched everything from the previous quiz to make sure there were no hiccups.)
3. Click the inconveniently placed Build button at the bottom of the page
   (Yes, Canvas, there should be two Build buttons - one on top and one on bottom. It's an easy fix and will lower the frustrations of many, many instructors. Get on it.)  🙂
4. Click the three dots at the top right corner
5. Choose Import Content
6. Cross your fingers and hope it works.
