Speedgrader is not working on one of my computers (the better of my 2 at home). I can download the student files one by one but the Speedgrader add on is just spinning the blue wheel and no files are showing up.

Are you using Chrome with some extensions enabled on the computer that is stuck with the spinning blue wheel? I've read that extensions when enabled can cause this with SpeedGrader.
failing that, have you tried clearing your browsers cache?
