dashboard and "home" page keep loading

My dashboard keeps loading and doesn't display any content. I can access the course page via "course" button. But the home of course is blank. They do have content on the mobile app.

I have cleared the cookies and cache for canvas, but it doesn't work.

I am using Edge browser.

When I see this behavior on the dashboard, it usually means the browser is out of date. You mentioned that you cleared your cache. Have you also tried updating your browser?

I was not seeing this issue yesterday or today. Is it still happening? If it is, you might also talk your district/institution's techs to see if they are having any networking problems. They might even be able to look at the traffic while you try to access it to see if anything is getting blocked.

Even if I access the course page in the course button. The homepage is blank. As I see from my mobile app, there should be content.
