We use Canvas and Integrate JBL platform which includes resources like the textbook, interactive lectures, etc. We are having issues where the grades are not populating into Canvas once they complete an assignment in JBL.

You'll likely need to contact the vendor (JBL) in situations like this. There's likely a missing piece of information I your integration setup (either on the JBL end or the Canvas end) or perhaps just a typo somewhere. The external tool vendors are usually the best ones to troubleshoot and fix the issues. Because every external tool can work just slightly differently, it's very hard to have central support for all of them.
Hope this helps a bit, even though it doesn't necessarily give you an immediate fix.
