Dashboard view cards added unexpectedly

Question

Does anyone know what may have happened/what could be a solution? I have a teacher that has just recently (last week) begun seeing two of the courses for which she is an observer only showing up on her dashboard. These are courses she's been an observer in for the whole school year.  Her other 56 "observer" courses are not showing on her dashboard.  It was just the courses she was teaching until this oddity.  I can't seem to find a way to get these two courses off. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm not quite understanding the question, but I would like to try and help.

* Was she given additional roles in the courses, such a Teacher role in addition to her Observer role?   I wonder if that could be the issue (??)
* Or perhaps if courses have gone missing -- have those courses Ended/Concluded?  Ask her to click on Courses => More Courses => And see if the courses are listed under Past Enrollments.

Similar to @Hildi_Pardo, my guess is that there was a change in the enrollment for these courses.  Any user can customize the courses they see on their dashboard though, so this should be an easy fix if the user doesn't want to see those courses.
