When I try and login into my canvas it is going to a "Sign On Error" page saying "authentication error" what is the issue?

This might be a bit hard to troubleshoot here in the Community because all schools that use Canvas as their LMS (Learning Management System) have a different way to sign in...which may involve their own authentication system. I would suggest reaching out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team to see if they can help troubleshoot this with you.
