I'm a parent with 2 students. A few weeks back I made one change to Notifications, like turning off receiving a weekly summary and now I'm not getting any notifications, most notably I have turned on always to be alerted immediately when grades are posted for each assignment. But I'm not getting ANY notifications. How can I get this addressed ASAP? I count on these notifications to monitor my youngest who has ADHD.
