Can you please describe the process that you and your fellow instructors are using to share content with you from one course to another? Are you using the "Send to..." option when you click on the three-dot kebab icon to the right of a content name? For example:

Another option for you and your fellow instructors is to be enrolled in the same courses and then use the Course Import Tool to import content from one course to another. How do I copy content from another Canvas course using the Course Import tool?
