Changing Mastery Gradebook Criteria

Hello,

I've created "Outcomes," changed the Outcome rating scale, and "aligned" it to an assignment and rubric. When I go to the "Learning Mastery Gradebook," it still shows what I believe is a default scale for judging proficiency on the right side of the screen. See attached image.

How can I change that scheme on the right side of the Learning Mastery Gradebook to reflect my actual criteria in the Outcomes?

I was told by our district ETS if that they changed it for my course it would change it for everyone else. Is that correct? Is there a way to change those descriptors just for one course? I teach an AP course that uses a 5pt scale and I want to align the outcomes with that scale. I also want to change it to a strengths-based language 5=Advancing Mastery; 4=Exceeding Mastery; 3=Mastery (AP Passing) 2=Approaching Mastery; 1=Attempt at Mastery. I know how to change the ratings for each outcome. This is a real labor intensive process when you have to input all your outcomes. If I could change the default it would make it easier and my Mastery Gradebook would also match the outcomes.

Dropped Scores
I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
