Hey There!
I am at max storage, and I am having trouble deleting files from my canva.
No matter what file type (pdf, jpeg, png, etc.) I only have the option to download my files when I click on the three dots on the right. I attached photos, because it no matter what class or file type I click on, it only shows download. Please help! https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/iqg4y8jzin168ly5xugad/Screenshot-2023-11-09-155107.png?rlkey=iz34ugor0lis630xdvm071xkn&dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/4grz6lwsss57xe56rtzl9/Screenshot-2023-11-09-155054.png?rlkey=lmlkbyrvjtxleoibttk63xdqx&dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/d4wew0qz3g78foq3wtmql/Screenshot-2023-11-09-155032.png?rlkey=ei44wqn1099yvz739afdkhwkb&dl=0
Hi @LinneaPlumb ...
It looks as though you are viewing files within your "Submissions" folder and then within specific course folders. Anything that lives in your "Submissions" folder within your user files does not count toward your file storage quota. So, this folder will continue to fill with files as you are submitting work for your assignments, and you won't have to worry about a file limit there. You'll also notice that the "Submissions" folder also has a small padlock icon on it. That means that no files or folders can be deleted from there because those files are attached to assignment submissions. You'll have to look for files outside of your "Submissions" folder to delete if you are running out of room to store personal files.
I hope this will be of some help to you.
I have seen documentation that says you must recopy your iCal link and resubscribe when you are enrolled in new classes, does this mean my iCal feed link changes each time, or do i just need to re-fetch the .ics file?
We use course pacing to manage due dates, because we run ~20 something courses each quarter and manually setting due dates would be a nightmare. Several courses have two core topics. We want to allow students to choose which of these they will pursue first. Is there any way to configure multiple course paces with different…

Hoping someone can explain for me. We're using pacing to avoid manually dating regular assignments each quarter, but the dates I see are based on when the course was instantiated, while students see dates based on when they were added to the course by [backend software I don't know anything about, presumably]. If I set…
Has anyone else had issues with an influx of duplicate users in Canvas? Ours is currently in the form of an email that already exists, becoming a new user - and not automatically merging with the user ID with the same email that also is linked to our SIS ID correctly as well. For example, user 1 is xyz@gmail.com without a…
