It sounds like you're having a problem accessing a resource outside of Canvas. Unfortunately, we in the global community of Canvas users will not be able to provide much assistance with that sort of issue. I would suggest contacting your teacher to let them know you're having an issue, as they would be the one who would perhaps have to adjust the permissions on the Google sheet to allow you access.
I am going to mark this as the solution, since it's the appropriate action for you to take, and so that others see that info in the future if they come across this post.
