Attendance shows up to page that does not let me take attendance

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. Can you elaborate on what the problem is? Your attendance tool is showing up on a page that doesn't allow you to take attendance? Normally, you use the attendance tool tab on the left to mark students as present or missing. But there is also an "assignment" for the attendance tool it corresponds to. These are usually default 100 points but you can change that. You don't take attendance in the assignment - it will sync automatically as you mark students. Here is the Canvas guide:

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
