I am the admin of Canvas at my institution and I have parents wanting to sign on as an observer. I have gone through all of the tutorials about how to generate pairing codes, but when my students go to do that, the "generate pairing code" option is not available in settings. I am sure that there is something that I need to do on my end to allow this as an admin, but I can't seem to find what that is. Can anyone help? Thanks!
