How can I correct a Canvas grading error?

Question

I have a Categorization item on a quiz. There are two categories and ten items to drag into the correct categories.

A student who took the quiz correctly categorized nine of the ten items. One item was categorized incorrectly.

When Canvas graded the quiz, the student received zero points.

Is this a known Canvas error?

Hi @lajcalla
