I am having an issue with courses being made from JMC in Canvas that are missing teachers. Am I missing some data in their Canvas accounts?

I recommend reviewing our How do I format CSV text files for uploading SIS data into a Canvas account? documentation. This includes sample formatted CSVs as well as instructions for managing SIS Import files. For context, users are the people who have user accounts within an institution. The users.csv adds people into the system as generic users. The enrollments.csv will assign a role (teacher, student, etc.) to these users within a course. I hope this helps!
