I have gone through all of the steps to sync my gradebook to Infinite Campus but I am still unable to sync. I am unsure what is the problem.

While typing an Announcement, sometimes midway, we need to check something for which we click on Grades or Assignments. Then when we return to Announcements, what we types simply disappears.
