I'm not exactly sure what you mean by using "another platform with the same email". This is the Canvas Community website where people from all over the world come to ask questions about the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System). We can provide assistance with Canvas-related questions...but not necessarily with other LMSs out there.
Are you asking about using Canvas and totally different LMS such as Moodle or Blackboard? If so, then it's possible that you'll be able to use the same e-mail address for two separate platforms. However, your passwords would certainly be different.
