Just to verify, are you asking there is a way to paste a table into the grading notes area for essay quiz questions on the New Quizzes engine?
If so, I don't think there is a way to do that... This space is typically used for "text based" notes that you as the instructor will see when you grade a submission in Speedgrader. It does not appear to have the Rich Content Editor functionality, which is why you can't add things such as tables or images, unfortunately.
