I'd like a way to prompt a student for a response to some question, for example, "Was this page helpful?" and tuck it away somewhere for analysis. Is there a way to do that reasonably easily? Thanks!
Getting regular feedback from students is an excellent teaching practice, @MCNV. I do this by creating a graded survey at the end of each module I call a "ticket to leave." It's a requirement to complete the module and in it I ask just a couple of questions. One is on the course theme that the student's most interested in and the other is a question along the lines you ask. The course theme question is the same but the second one varies. Examples include "what assignment was the most challenging in this module" and "what did you learn that was the most interesting in this module." Doing this gives my students a regular opportunity to give me feedback but does not overwhelm them by asking a question for each item in the course.

The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.
