In Canvas, you can go to your "Courses" >> "All Courses" screen to see a listing of your courses. If you have registered for these courses at your school, but you do not see them listed anywhere on the "All Courses" screen, then you'll need to speak with someone at your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department to see what might be going on. If you see the courses listed on the "All Courses" screen but they are not published, then your instructor has not yet made the content available to you and your classmates. It is the instructor's responsibility to publish the course so that you and your classmates can begin the course work.
