I am trying to take an interactive quiz with an attached video for a course I am enrolled in. The video will not load. I have tried multiple browsers and multiple PC's.

You'll likely want to reach out to your local school/institution support team for this. I can tell from your screenshot that the video is actually from a product called Kaltura, which integrates with Canvas, not from Canvas itself. Unfortunately, that adds a lot of complexity to this situation, and is something community users aren't going to be able to provide a ton of help with (especially since you already tried multiple browsers).
