Canvas shutting down

I teach a class on Wednesdays 4:30-7:30. In the past 4 weeks (March-April 2023) around 6:30pm my connection to Canvas starts to go off and on. My Zoom connection stays on, I just loose Canvas. Is something happening to Canvas at that time on Wednesdays that affects my connection? Thanks.

You are always welcome to check the status of Canvas by going to:

On this page, there are two other areas to look at:

• At the top of the page, you'll find a link to view the uptime of your school's own Canvas environment.
• At the bottom of the page, you'll find a link to view the "Incident History".

Have you checked with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to see if there have been any issues reported recently within the time frames you've reported here?  You might want to check with them.
