Where do I go to change the email address for the canvas notifications?

You can add additional e-mail addresses to your Canvas account, and then you can set up your notification settings for any of those e-mail addresses you add to your account. You can set up notifications for your account as a whole, and/or you can set up your notifications per course. I'll provide you with some Guides that will help you with all of this. Also, since I'm not sure if you are an instructor or a student, I'll provide you with both sets of Guides...even though the information in each is essentially the same.
