Using Quiz results to open modules

Can anyone tell me how to use quiz results to open other modules and assignments?

I'm using a canvas course for training my student employees. We've designed a quiz that serves as our knowledge assessment tool. Ideally, I'd like to be able to set up our training course so that if a student scores highly on a specific question they can complete their training without going through a specific module. However, if they do self-rate themselves poorly, they are given access to a module with content targeted to that specific concept.

Is it possible to do something like this? Or something similar to this?

It sounds as though you want Mastery Paths, if your institution has them enabled.

How do I use Mastery Paths in course modules?

If you are not able to access the Mastery Path option, you may be able to use regular prerequisites and requirements with your Modules, along with some creativity.

The mastery path is close to what I want. My problem is that I don't want the mastery path based on an overall score. I want their pathway to change based on their responses to each specific quiz question.

So imagine a 5 question quiz based on 5 distinct, but related concepts. If a student answers a question incorrectly, I want them to go through a mastery path with subject material related to the incorrect question specifically. If they only answer questions 1 and 2 correctly, they need to go through a learning experience for concepts related to questions 3, 4, and 5. If they answer questions 2, 4, and 5 correctly, they need to go through content related to questions 1 and 3.

Is it possible to achieve that level of granularity without doing something absurd like creating 5 separate 1 question quizzes?
