Separating submitted assignments within speedgrader

Hello:)

I am looking to organize assignment submissions into previously made groups (made within the "People" tab).

Students have submitted an assignment (as a PDF or worddoc) and the submissions are currently organized in alphabetical order for SpeedGrader but this isn't ideal for marking (in our case).

I have known instructors who previously did this but I'm not sure how.

Any help would be greatly appreciated:)

Hello Christina, in the Gradebook there is an option to apply filters based on several Canvas features including Student Groups. This should allow you to view only the assignments allocated to each Student Group aka sections, see Canvas Guide for further details:
