Hello,
I am a teacher with Memphis Shelby County School. I have a relatively new student who's Digital Citizenship does not appear on his Canvass page. He still needs to take the course. How can he be added?
Thank you,
Margaret Gray
Hello @MargaretGray
Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with Digital Citizenship. Is it just one student that is having the issue and others are not? Is Digital Citizenship an actual Canvas course and not an app or plugin within the course? The student will need to reach out to the school directly then. Any missing courses for k12 students needs to be addressed and resolved by the school directly. Please have the student (or you can on their behalf) contact the school admissions or registrar to get them the course.

I would like to suggest improvements to how collaborations function within Canvas LMS. Currently, collaborations are somewhat limited in how they can be accessed and integrated into course content. One potential improvement would be allowing collaborations to be directly linkable within Pages and Modules. This would make…
We are using the Learning Mastery Gradebook with an rubric on account-level. When we enter the gradebook, the sorting does not make any sense. How can we make the sorting so it makes sense to us. It feels like a randam sorting.
Can Canvas please create the option to use a "total points" system such that both the gradebook and the student grades page can show accumulated total points, not as a fraction of total points earned/total points possible? This would be SO helpful for progress tracking in a self-paced course where I do not want 0s entered…
