Once i publish an annoucement, it looks like a jumbled mess. Does anyone know how to fix this? Support hasn't provided anything useful yet.
Hi. How long has this been happening? Have you successfully published announcements in the past, and this is a new problem? Does it work if you use a different device?
If so, you can try clearing your cache. That's always my first go-to when Canvas suddenly goes wonky for no reason. There are instructions here: Clear Cache on Mac, and Clear Cache on PC.
Good luck!
Hi @KarlaMedrano,
You may want to check what browser extensions/add-ons you're running. I believe it was reported an extension called "read & wriet" was causing this behavior a week or two ago. If you have that installed, disabling it might fix your Canvas experience.

The way the Canvas Collaborations instructions are written, I don't understand how to make this happen. Do we set up a…
Has anyone ever encountered this error in the Admin Analytics Student section?
My class policy is that late assignments can be accepted at professor discretion, but they will have a 50% penalty. This is a gate you pass through once, and there are no further penalties. If it's late, you simply get 50% deducted from whatever the score was. This happens regardless of whether it's 5 hours late or 5 weeks…
