I have updated my browswer and I am still getting the error message about my browswer not being usable when I am using the newest version of Chrome. Help
Hi @JenniferAlley ...
Can you please try going to What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products? and see what the built-in browser check on that page tells you? In general, Google Chrome and/or Mozilla Firefox are both good browsers to use when navigating around Canvas. (I've even had relatively good luck with the Microsoft Edge browser.)
Also, you might want to try and install Mozilla Firefox as an alternative browser just in case Chrome doesn't work for you for some reason.
If neither of those work, I would suggest reaching out to Canvas Support to see if they have any other suggestions for you.
Please keep us posted here in the Community if we can help with anything else...thanks!

I would like to suggest improvements to how collaborations function within Canvas LMS. Currently, collaborations are somewhat limited in how they can be accessed and integrated into course content. One potential improvement would be allowing collaborations to be directly linkable within Pages and Modules. This would make…
We are using the Learning Mastery Gradebook with an rubric on account-level. When we enter the gradebook, the sorting does not make any sense. How can we make the sorting so it makes sense to us. It feels like a randam sorting.
