I am on mac and do not have chrome installed, but the browser update banner pops up when I log in and tells me chrome is not up to date. I have already cleared cookies and it still pops up. Is there a step I am missing?
Hi @DonaldHo,
What browser are you actually using? Have you made sure it's up-to-date? Many browsers are based on the same code as Chrome and therefore sometimes appear indistinguishable from Chrome. Usually the message saying the browser is outdated is accurate, even if it says Chrome instead of the name of your actual browser.
Let us know about your browser (and operating system version too, if possible) and we might be able to provide more guidance.
