Are you able to download your PowerPoint presentation from your OneDrive account? If so, then you can upload that PowerPoint file from your computer to your Canvas course, and then your students should be able to view it. This Guide should be of some help to you:

My thought is that since Catalog is configured to redirect to a payment form at our Payment Gateway, that this might be more a question of configuring an additional option into the Catalog and payment gateway settings.
