How do I add staff members?

Are you a Canvas administrator? Are you an instructor? Where are you wanting to add staff members? To a particular course? To your entire school's Canvas environment so that you can then enroll them in courses? Also, what role would they have in courses...if that is your end goal? I have been asked to discover whether Canvas Catalog can accept eCheck payments.
