I created a 45 question quiz and I cannot retrieve it. It seems to have disappeared. How do I retrieve my quiz?

the only thing I know to do based on what you have sent so far is try undelete.
go to the home page of the course and type /undelete after the course number - so the url should end as .../####/undelte
where ### represents the course number.
