My lockdown browser is not allowing me access to take tests. I had someone to speak with the IT department at William Carey and they stated that it is Canvas related. I need some assistance quickly.
Hello @AnnistonSmith
There could be a number of things blocking you from taking a test on lockdown. What type of computer are you using? Have you downloaded it this semester or have it from a previous semester? You should try deleting it completely and re-downloading it first.
If you are still having an issue, confirm with your teacher it is actually open for students to take. Sometimes there are lock out dates or passwords that teachers or students are unaware of. Is there a particular message you get or what isn't working?
You can also speak with Lockdown Browser directly:

As a last resort, you can also speak with Canvas Support who can take a look at the specifics with you.

I can't clear the cookies because of the school security settings, but I have tried him on other Chromebooks and…

Some of those questions had "General Answer Comment" text already saved in them. I changed that text in several questions as I updated/changed the questions.…
I would like to suggest improvements to how collaborations function within Canvas LMS. Currently, collaborations are somewhat limited in how they can be accessed and integrated into course content. One potential improvement would be allowing collaborations to be directly linkable within Pages and Modules. This would make…
We are using the Learning Mastery Gradebook with an rubric on account-level. When we enter the gradebook, the sorting does not make any sense. How can we make the sorting so it makes sense to us. It feels like a randam sorting.
