I would like to know if there is a way to archive student assessment for future references. If so, how long does it keep all the assessment for? and how big is it?
We are such a big school.

I would need to know more about the type of assessment tool you use to answer with any certainty.
At my institution, we use new course shells each semester and finished courses are put in a read-only state. So faculty can access past course sections, but they cannot alter the data.
Would that work?
