I am a parent. We are able to open Canvas and the bookbag link on our Mac desktop. We can open canvas on our MacAir laptop, but there is no "Bookbag" link which we need to access. Can you help us find it?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with opening Bookbag on your Macbook Air. If it works on your desktop but not the Air, it is likely the device or browser specifically causing the issue. Is this Bookbag app accessed within your Canvas course on the left navigation tabs? Or are you accessing this elsewhere? If it should be on the left tabs within the course, It is likely your internet browser and we recommend clearing the cache and cookies or trying another browser.
In ChromeOn your computer, open Chrome.At the top right, click the three dots Click settingsOn the left, choose Privacy and SecurityThen, clear browsing dataAt the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. I suggest at least 4 weeks Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.Click Clear data.
If that doesn't fix it, try another browser. Some external apps have issues on Macbook Air (i.e. Lockdown Browser) and require special settings. That would be a question for Bookbag directly if none of this seems to fix the issue.
As it is now, assignments that are dropped show to the students as a slightly lighter font color. However, if students do not complete an assignment that is then dropped, the font color doesn't change at all and it shows as "missing" in red. Why not just change all dropped assignments to "Dropped" instead of "missing"?…
Our H5P LTI assignment scores are not returning to the gradebook 9 times out of 10. I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
