How to retrieve deleted email

Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with recovering a lost email. If this was an email from your school directly (not canvas messaging system) then please contact them directly. If this was a message within the Canvas Inbox on your left navigation that has been deleted, unfortunately there is no way to recover those lost messages.
When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
