Button Question

I am trying to add a button next to the "Next" button seen at the bottom of the page.  Is this possible?  It is outside the actual "editable" area, so I am not sure how this can be done.  Please advise.

I don't have a solution for you, but I do have a question or two which might be helpful for others to know who might have some recommendations to you:

• What is the purpose of the button?
• Is this button something only for your course?  Or, would it be something that would be used for all courses at your school?  I ask because I know that custom JavaScript and/or CSS code can be added to the global JS and CSS files (Canvas administrators have accesses to this), but I don't know if actual buttons would be possible via this method...nor do I know what that code may/may not look like.  When code is added in this way, it usually affects all Canvas courses at your school and not just one specific course.  This would be a conversation I'd encourage you to have with your school's Canvas administrator or someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department.
• Have you considered putting the button somewhere else on the page....like at the top left or right corner?

If you could provide some answers to these questions, I think that would be helpful for others.  Thanks!
