My screen is showing a student Canvas screen and I don't know why

Have you tried clearing your cache/history in your browser, shutting down your browser, and then logging back in again to see if you can see your courses as an instructor?
Or, have you tried viewing your courses in another browser? Generally speaking, an up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are good choices when navigating around Canvas.
Beyond that...have you tried reaching out to your school's Canvas administrator to see if anything has recently changed for your Canvas account? They might be able to do some additional troubleshooting for you.
