How do I access this course from my home computer?
Hi @DavidShea ...
I'm not sure what you mean by "this course"...other than a course you are probably taking at your school. This is the global Canvas Community website where folks from all over the world can come to ask questions about Canvas, collaborate with others on Canvas stuff, check out written and video Canvas tutorials, and much more. Assuming that you are a student, you can view this set of short tutorials to give you a general idea of how to navigate around the Canvas environment at your school:

I would suggest that you reach out directly to your instructor(s) or your school's Canvas administrator(s) who could better assist you with how to get logged in to your course(s). Your Canvas admin may be located in an Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department at your school.
I hope this information will be of some help to you. Sing out if you have any other questions about this...thanks!

Speedgrader chaning file name when being downloaded. Speedgrader: When downloading a submitted assignment, the file name is being changed to an unrecognizable name — (Student's actual name was part of the file name — changed for privacy.) Ideas???
We are all familiar with the standard Course Calendar, where assignment due dates are automatically added. However, at my institution, we structure our assignments as Challenges that develop over a period of time, rather than just a single deadline. Currently, the calendar only highlights the "end point." It would be a…
