If there are multiple assignments is there a way to download all assignments for each student, in attempt to create a folder for each student will all of their submitted assignments?

As far as I know the only mass download you can do is all students for a single assignment. There is no option to download all the submissions for multiple assignments for a single student in one click. You will have to download each assignment separately and then combine the student submissions as you want. If you know any scripting languages (such as perl), then you could automate the grouping of a students assignment from the downloads, but you still have to download a zip file for each assignment.
