What does a parent do when pairing code given and it doesn't take? It gives invalid error message.

Sometimes having a brand new pairing code works after seeing the error. If the student is able to provide an additional pairing code to the observer, that may work. Also, encourage the Observer to double-check for additional spaces that may be unintentionally entered along with the code.
