Canvas blanks out when retrieving assignments/grades. is this common to others as well?

I stumbled on your unanswered question while doing a community cleanup. My best advice for this situation would be to make sure both your operating system and browser version are as up to ate as possible. Canvas usually works with the two most recent browser versions, so you do need to have a fairly updated system for best compatibility. You could also try try clearing your browser cache to see if that has any positive impact.

The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.
Whenever possible, I prefer to have my students take in-class quizzes and tests on their laptops. I use Respondus 4.0 for loading questions to my pools in Bb and now that we have moved to Canvas, I want to load them to an Item Bank. However, to do this, I need to have them downloadable as a QTI 2.1 option. My options or limited. #1 I can load to a Classic Quiz which my university does not prefer, download the questions…
Known issue - headings Just wanted to note that this known issue is described as 'styling', when it is actually an accessibility issue. Headings are structure on the page and essential for users who rely on screenreaders.
