Just this morning I have been experiencing an error when trying to duplicate an assignment, something which I have done many times.
Getting this error. It took nearly 10 minutes to return this error..

They will want to know if any of their users are experiencing a problem so they can see how widespread it is and coordinate the best response. You likely have a link to "Report a Problem" in the help menu of Global Navigation.
One suggestion is to try the same task in a different browser, which is a good way to test if your preferred browser has picked up a flutter.
