Question

Hello! today is my first day of classes for the fall semester. I am having trouble logging in to my account. I have tried multiple passwords and I checked spelling and everything. after a few tries I clicked on the forgot password button. when i had requested the email to reset it I never got an email. I have tried multiple times and I have been waiting for hours and still have not gotten an email.

Welcome to the Canvas Community.  This is a public discussion board for Canvas users from different schools all over the world.  For assistance with your Canvas account or password, it would be best to contact the Help Desk at your school, since they will be able to help you with your account information and confirm that you are using the right link to go to your school's Canvas server.

In addition to the great advice you received from @mzimmerman, I went to Franklin Pierce University's website, and I found the following page for you:

As Mike stated, it would be best to reach out to local support at your University.  It looks like they have a phone number and an e-mail address right under their "WELCOME" heading for you to use.
