Watched the video and followed the instructions, however, I wasn't able to cross-list my 8th grade classes. There isn't any "Cross-list" tab that I see on my end.

You may need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department if you are unable to cross-list courses on your own. Not all schools allow their instructors to cross-list courses on their own...as indicated in this Guide:

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
