New to using Canvas. One of my students says he is locked out from clicking on assignments etc., while others say they can access them.Â

Is the student listed in the section for the due date of the assignment? I know if I have 4 sections of a course and have the students assigned to a task based on their section, but have missed getting a student assigned to a section, then the student does not have access to the assignment.
